On a side note. My hubby and I found rimming sugars at BEV MO and made up a couple of signature drinks for our wedding in 2005. Our venue was a BYOB and we offered a very limited drink menu.
Javier's Mojitos with Mint Sugar Mint Liqueur, Rum, Sprite & Ice, glass rimmed with the sugar and the drink was garnished with a mint sprig.
Steph's Hot Monkey Love with Banana Sugar
Banana Liqueur, Coconut Rum, Pineapple Juice & Ice. The glass was rimmed with the sugar and garnished with a pineapple wedge.
